How do I store my croissants?
Twice-baked croissants are best the day they're baked, but you can store leftovers for a day or two at room temperature.
After that you can store in the refrigerator for a few more days or in the freezer for another 1 -2 weeks.
Reheat for a 7-10 minutes at 300°F - 320°F to refresh before eating!
How do I reheat my croissants?
Aim to reheat just to warm up the inside without burning the top of the croissant.
Try not to overheat the croissant with a microwave, making the croissant undesirably soggy.
CONVECTION OVEN
Preheat oven to 325°F
Leave in convection oven for about 7-10 minutes
TOASTER OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F
Poke many pea-sized holes on a piece of foil wrap
Cover croissant with the foil wrap on top
Leave in toaster oven for about 5-7 minutes
AIRFRYER
Preheat air fryer to 300°F
Depending on your air fryer, place croissant in basket for 8 - 10 minutes
MICROWAVE
Not our choice for reheating :)
Blast for 10 - 15 seconds
